I 0was pleasantly surprised that Matt P was quick to check on the outside bait stations and replaced the bait regardless of the amount in the station. He went above and beyond my expectations troubleshooting possible exterior entrances of mice. He was very pleasant and seemed eager to help any way he could.

First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests.
