I 0was pleasantly surprised that Matt P was quick to check on the outside bait stations and replaced the bait regardless of the amount in the station. He went above and beyond my expectations troubleshooting possible exterior entrances of mice. He was very pleasant and seemed eager to help any way he could.

Next, I checked the exterior rodent bait station that showed moderate feeding, but I did replenish it with fresh bait to help control the rodent population. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants, spiders, stinging insects and general pests around the exterior foundation.
